A true guitar great of the old school and a living blues legend of the modern age

His musical experience is enviable, but the talent he possesses clearly comes from somewhere higher…

Exceptionally fine guitarist

It says everything about the character of the man that Gunn has emerged triumphantly and matured into one of the most original and inspirational UK bluesmen of his generation.

Andy Gunn shows just why he’s being compared to Stevie Ray Vaughan

… his guitar work truly exceptional whether playing sumptuous slide, gutsy riffs, searing solos or intricate interludes… a resounding triumph over adversity for the Inverness blues prodigy.

Supplying some of the spikiest shards of funk blues since Hendrix

… Andy Gunn’s intuitive guitar playing seamlessly travelled those roads with Martin, who announced just the key and odd cue ..

… widely regarded as one of the best musicians in the Highlands

This is a very original and soulful release hitting all the right notes and will hopefully get the acclaim it deserves.

Absolutely awesome

Most refreshing songs I’ve heard all day!!! Whoever’s playing the guitar is amazing

A reflective bluesy album.. that draws on his Highland upbringing and explores blues, country and folk.. with excellent backing vocals.. the standout track is the funky Keep On Keepin’ On

The musicianship throughout these 11 thoughtful tracks is a delight and the whole album is a magical, consoling reminder of how music is the best solace for bad times

Gunn has the ability to astound even the most discerning of listeners, keeping the crowd captivated from the very first chord

This is a blues outfit which enjoys bending the rules

This peep show of grit and fire was one to tug at the heart strings
